From Insight to Impact: The Power of Human Capital

Why Should You Measure Human Capital Impact?

Recent research by the McKinsey Global Institute estimates that human capital accounts for two-thirds of ann individual’s total wealth, with work experience contributing nearly half of that value. This reinforces what the Human Capital Impact (HCI) Network has long championed: the workplace is not just where people earn - it is where value is created.

At HCI, we support organizations and policymakers to measure, manage, and report this value through international standards such as ISO 30414 for human capital reporting and disclosure. Our goal is to make the workforce impact visible and actionable so that better, data-driven decisions can be made about people, performance, and long-term sustainability.
